As an Associate Producer, Chloë played an integral role in the launch of Theatre by the Bay's Simcoe County Theatre Festival. Chloë's professionalism, curiosity, and dedication were such integral assets. Her commitment to developing the festival into not only a successful cultural event, but a space where artists felt empowered and connected was invaluable.
